Bugs, connection problems and interrupted
games
5.1 What should I do if I encounter bugs,
software or system problems?
maxbonus.co.uk games and systems are thoroughly
tried and tested before we release them. In
the unlikely event that you encounter bugs,
software or system problems, please contact
our Customer Care team. If a problem cannot
be solved immediately, the team will investigate
the server's game logs. If something is found
to be wrong, we will assess the problem, fix
it and compensate you accordingly.

5.2 I was disconnected in the middle of
a game. What should I do?
First, please log back in to your account.
The disrupted game will appear as it was when
you were disconnected, or if you disconnected
after the submitting information, the next
sequence or result will appear as it would
have been had you not been disconnected.
If you continue to have problems or feel
concerned that something is wrong, please
contact our Customer Care team.

5.3 What happens if I lost money because
of a game or disconnection?
First, please log back in to the system.
The disrupted game should appear as it was
when you were disconnected, or if you disconnected
after the submitting information, the next
sequence or result will appear as it would
have been had you not been disconnected. If
you are not satisfied with the result or feel
that something is wrong, please report your
concerns to our Customer Care team. We will
investigate the situation fully and should
we determine that you lost money because of
a bug in our system, and not because of general
Internet disruptions, we will refund your
losses immediately to you.
